Picture #1

 Story-1: (High Level Idea)

Ram had been working in a company as an engineer for the past five years. His long time dream was to start his own small scale industry and produce quality materials. He contacted his friends who worked in various industries and arranged a meeting at home. When they came, he greeted them and they all had tea . Thereafter he took them to his work room and gave them his detailed plan. His friends were convinced and agreed to start implementing it. Later on, they approached a bank for a loan and successfully started their industry. Ram was happy with their efforts. 

Qualities demonstrated : good reasoning skills, difficult level of problem solving, responsible, determined, and making appropriate decisions.

Story -2: (Average Level ldea)

Ram was a final year college student and was given the task to organize a national level science exhibition at his college. He gathered a team and held a meeting at his home. During the meeting, he assigned different tasks to different groups and told them to focus on their tasks. He collected funds from the students and set up a budget. He sent invitations to various colleges asking them to participate and made all the necessary arrangements. In the end, the event was successful and they all were congratulated.

Qualities demonstrated : optimism, average level of problem solving, responsible, determined.

Story-1: (High Level Idea)

Ram and Sham were friends who worked together in a company. Once, due to some emergency, his friend took loan from a lender and could not pay it back in time. The lender got angry with Sham and behaved very rudely to him. Ram saw this and went to stop the man. Upon enquiring on the reason for the man's rudeness, Ram told him to behave nicely and promised to pay the debt imself. He paid the money in a couple of days and told his friend not to associate with such people in future. This kind act made their friendship stronger.

Qualities demonstrated: good reasoning skills, difficult level of problem solving, respo nsible, determined, and making appropriate decisions.

Story-2: (Average Level Idea)

Ram was working in a bank as a manager. Sham was working in the same bank as a clerk. Once, a man who had applied for a loan came to the bank with an enquiry, but he discovered that the clerk had lost an important document. This made the man angry and when Sham went out , they got into an argument. Hearing the commotion, Ram came out and stopped them both. He convinced the man that he would find the document and help him in getting the loan as soon as possible. When the man left, Ram warned Sham to be cautious in the future.

Qualities demonstrate: optimism, average level of problem solving, responsible, determined.

Story-1: (High Level Idea)

Ram was a CEO of an MNC. It was the time of a global recession when stock values started to fall. The investors were worried about their investments. Ram organized a high level meeting with the board of directors to solve the issue. In the meeting, he took the advice of other members and they decided to decreas the price of the products and to start investing in low risk mutual funds. He also took the action to reduce the salaries of all the high level officials until the market revived. After sometime the market revived, and the stocks started regaining profit.

Story-2: (Average Level Idea)

Ram was an SC judge and was made as the chief of a committee to decide about a course of action in the issue of triple talaq. He organized a committee that consisted of retired judges and people representing the waqb board. In the meeting, it was discovered that women were being subjected to atrocities, which was against the constitution. Therefore they recommended that the government must abolish the concept of triple talaq; a decision that was welcomed by women all over the country.
