Story-1: (High Level Idea)
Sita was a business woman working in the city. She was well known for her work in community service. Once she discovered that women in the poorer areas of the city faced trouble in making a reasonable income for their families. She thought of organizing them together so they could start a self-help group. She invited the women to her house and discussed her ideas with them. The formed a group and she invested some money from her business, and took out a loan for the rest. With their continuous efforts, the group started earning more and the members were able to themselves and other poor families, as well as contributing to the economy of the city. 

~Qualities demonstrated:- good reasoning skills, difficult level of problem solving, responsible, and making appropriate decisions.

Story-2: (Average Level Idea)
Sita was a teacher in a school. In her class she found that a girl was good at singing and wanted to make it her career, however, her parents wanted her to focus on her studies. Sita called the mother and spoke to her. Sita convinced the mother to allow her daughter to participate in the singing competition and it proved to be successful as the girl won the event. Everyone was happy with her success. 

~Qualities demonstrated:- social concern, average level of problem solving, responsible, determined. helping others.

Story-1: {High Level Idea) 
Ram was a college student. One day while going to college, he saw an accident on the road. He rushed over with his friends and got the person to hospital in a passing car that stopped to help. In the hospital the doctors tried their best, but they couldn't save the person. When Ram heard this, he called the man's family members and consoled them. After a short while, he then called the brother of the deceased and convinced him to donate his brother's organs in order to save other people. As it was such a noble cause, the family agreed to do so. Ram was satisfied with his efforts. 

Qualities demonstrated : good reasoning skills, difficult level of problem solving, responsible, determined and making appropriate decisions. 

Story-2: (Average Level Idea) 
Ram was a final year medical student. He found out that in a nearby village there was an epidemic spreading and on that day, a young man in his early 20s had just died. On learning this, Ram consoled the man's family and decided to do something to stop the menace of this epidemic. He told his seniors about the problem and with their permission, he gathered his friends so they could and create awareness about the spreading of the disease, and find a way to protect the people from it. With their devoted efforts, the epidemic was brought under control. 

Qualities demonstrated: optimism, average level of problem solving, responsible, determined.

Story-1: (High Level Idea)

Ram was a DM posted at Haridwar. It was the time of Mahakumbh and he was assigned the duty of organizing it. He immediately called a meeting of all the government officials and briefed them about the various problems which might arise during the event. He also created awareness with the local people about the staging of the event and sought their support. During the days of kumbh, he was there personally to check everything was going well. In the end, the event went smoothly. He called his team and praised them for their efforts.

Qualities demonstrated : good reasoning skills, difficult level of problem solving, responsible, determined, and making appropriate decisions.

Story-2: (Average Level Idea)

Ram was an NCC cadet and was from Haridwar. It was the time of kumbh when his uncle visited them with his family. When they went to the mela he saw a young boy who was alone and crying. He consoled the boy and asked about his parents and other family members. Then he took him to the police chowk and informed them of the boy's parents' details. After some time, the parents arrived and reunited with the boy. Ram advised the family to be more cautious in future, and the boy left with his family.

Qualities demonstrated: optimism, average level of problem solving, responsible, determined.

Story-1: (High Level Idea)

Ram was a bank manager in the NABARD, working in a village. Experience working with the villages earlier he understood that the villagers were not forthcoming knowing about the schemes of the government. He decided to go and meet the villagers in person to create awareness of the schemes. He requested the sarpanch to organize a meeting with the villagers and on a particular day, he went out and started interacting with them. He gave them all the details about the government schemes, and the villagers took his advice and benefited from it.

Qualities demonstrated : good reasoning skills, difficult level of problem solving, responsible, determined and making appropriate decisions.

Story-2: (Average Level Idea)

Ram was a graduate who came from a village. After his graduation, he went back to help the villagers in their economic development. He had seen that because many of the people had little understanding of finance, they depended mainly on money lenders who took their money from them and made them pay a lot of interest. He thought about this and discussed with the sarpanch to form a co-operative society through which they could help the people with their money, so they could pay their debts back in installments without interest. His idea was appreciated by the sarpanch and it was soon implemented.
