Picture #1

Story-1: (High Level Idea)
Ram was a well-known writer and had recently published a book based on real life social issues. The book was well received by people and it made him more determined to highlight more social related issues. While thinking about it, he got an idea to write about crimes against women and children. He created the book based on facts he gathered from various sources and published the book, bringing out solutions to the problem as well. The book was received even better than the previous one and he aimed to continue to write better books in the future.

Qualities demonstrated : good reasoning skills, difficult level of problem solving, responsible, determined, and making appropriate decisions.

Story-2: (Average Level Idea)

Ram was a final year graduate. He was selected to participate in a national level science exhibition. He met with his team and they discussed various ideas, but they were unable to decide on a final topic. While at home, he thought about the idea of creating electricity from waste materials and studied more about the subject in detail. The next day he convinced the team to go ahead with his idea and they prepared the project. At the exhibition the project was well received by everyone.

Qualities demonstrated: optimism, average level of problem solving, responsible, determined.

Story-1: (High Level Idea)

Ram was a civil engineer working in the PWD of Uttarakhand. He was assigned the task of constructing a dam on a river and was given time to submit a report. He went to the location, did the initial data collection and rnade a model. When the model was put into the report, he found there were a few mistakes. He immediately called his subordinates and told them to make the necessary changes. Later the report was submitted and got approved by the government for construction.

Qualities demonstrated : good reasoning skills, difficult level of problem solving, responsible, determined, and making appropriate decisions.

Story-2: (Average Level Idea)

Ram was working as a consultant with a stock dealing company. He was always busy at his work talking to investors and advising them. Once there was a customer who wanted to invest a huge amount of money on a particular stock, but knowing the risk involved, Ram counseled them to invest the money in different schemes rather than just one. This proved to be a better investment and the customer was happy with the timely advice. Ram felt satisfied with his work.

Qualities demonstrated : social concern, average level of problem solving, responsible, determined, helping others.

Story-1: (High Level Idea)
Ram was a principal of a college. He heard that some students skipped classes and stayed in a hostel room. He went to the girls' hostel and found a girl who was looking sad and distressed. Looking at him, she got frightened and started to cry. He calmed her down and enquired about the reason for her distress, and found that her father was facing trouble with his business and she couldn't pay the college fees. He consoled her and told her to write a letter requesting time to pay the fees, but not to miss the classes. She was happy to hear this and went back to her classes.

Story-2: (Average Level Idea)
Ram was a TTE operator working on the railways. Once he was checking passengers on the Delhi - Mumbai Express when he noticed a young girl sitting alone in first AC class. When he approached her for a ticket, the girl looked terrified and seemed on the verge of breaking down. He immediately calmed her and enquired about the problem. She told him that her father was seriously ill and she boarded the train without a ticket. He made her realize her mistake and provided her with a ticket after taking payment. He also made sure she stayed comfortable in her seat.

Qualities demonstrated : social concern, average level of problem solving, responsible, determined, helping others.

Story-1: (High Level Idea)

Ram was a farmer from a village but he wanted his son to be a doctor. Although he was working hard in the fields, he got his son into a school in the city and he arranged for the boy to stay with his brother in city. There was an opportunity for his son to be shortlisted to participate in a national level science exhibition and winning this might take him to a higher level, but money was immediately required to buy necessary equipment. He used the money he had in savings and gave it to his son, who participated and did well in the exhibition.

Qualities demonstrated : good reasoning skills, difficult level of problem solving, responsible, determined and making appropriate decisions.

Story-2 (Average Level Idea)
Ram was a student who belonged to a poor family. His father was a toy seller in Mumbai. In spite of being poor, Ram studied well in school and got into a reputable school with a scholarship. In the school he was selected for the football teamand they had to participate in a tournament in a month's time. He asked his father to give him some money to buy basic things required for the match. After his father gave him the money, he practiced well and helped the team win the tournament. He was greatly appreciated by everyone at the school. 

Qualities demonstrated: social concern, average level of problem solving, responsible, determined, and helping others.
